Riverwood Solutions Announces Addition of 401(k) to Employee Benefits
MENLO PARK, CA--(MarketWired – January 7, 2014) - Riverwood Solutions, the innovator in managed supply chain services and operations consulting, today announced that it will offer its US based employees a tax-qualified, defined-contribution pension account as defined in subsection 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Taxation Code. Under the plan, retirement savings contributions made by Riverwood Solutions’ employees will be matched by the company up to 5% of their annual income to a maximum pre-tax annual contribution of $17,500.
